The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Application refers to the software application provided by the Company, downloaded by you on any electronic device, named OurAstro.
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to OurAstro
Goods refer to the items offered for sale through the Service.
Orders mean a request made by you to purchase Goods from us.
Service refers to the OurAstro application.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or from the date a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product on your behalf.

Upon approval, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
The Goods are unused and in their original packaging
The following Goods are not eligible for return:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are perishable, deteriorate quickly, or have passed their expiry date
Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned Goods or valid proof of return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
